We offer a variety of strength training programs, tailored to each and every client. Whether you are new to fitness or have been working out for years, our experienced trainers are here to help you reach your goals.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients to reach their highest potential.
We understand that everyone's lives are different, but we recommend strength training 1-2 days per week for optimum results. We make it as easy as possible with our sessions lasting just 45 minutes.
Small Group Training
Looking for a full-body strength training session to share with a friend? Our Small Group training sessions are performed in a 1:3 trainer to client ratio. Our sessions are designed to be fun and challenging, while also providing a safe and effective workout.
Our services are perfect for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. New clients can join existing groups, or you can start with a friend and form your own group.
Small group training starts at $40 per session.
Cardio+Strength Experience
In addition to strength training with our certified personal trainers, personal training members receive access to our cardio equipment during staffed hours. Cardio+Strength Experience memberships are available to non-members who would like to follow self-guided workouts.

Virtual Training
Interested in virtual training because of time or the commute? Start with a virtual complimentary consult!
Our trainers will help you create a virtual workout while helping you evaluate your space and equipment during this time.
After the session, the trainer will make a personalized training recommendation for you and make any recommendations for equipment that you may need.
If you're worried you don't have the right equipment, most clients start with dumbbells or a few bands and add equipment as they please!
Virtual Training sessions start at $40 per session.
Endurance Coaching
Are you struggling to hit your endurance goals and are unsure how to proceed without risking getting injured?
Don’t worry, we are here to help! With our Endurance Coaching, you and your trainer will have a 45-minute consultation to set your goals, discuss your health history, and complete a form analysis for your sport. We will keep you accountable with unlimited contact with your trainer as well as a new training plan each month!
