
BreakFit Outdoors

BreakFit Outdoors is a free summer community initiative hosted by Breakthrough Fitness, running June–August. It’s designed to help people feel confident starting (or restarting) exercise in a welcoming, educational, non‑intimidating environment — outside the gym.
This series introduces our coaching philosophy through outdoor meet‑ups focused on strength and cardio fundamentals, while naturally guiding interested participants toward Discovery Sessions and in‑gym training.
Sessions last approximately 60 minutes!
