Career Growth with Clarity
Our Breakthrough Fitness Blueprint gives you a clear roadmap from Day 1:

Year 1-2: Breakthrough Trainer (Part-time, $15k–$30k or Full-time, $30k-$50k)

Year 2-4: Impact Trainer (FT, $54k–$80k)

Year 5+: Champion Trainer (FT, $88k+)
You’ll be paid hourly for admin/non-training tasks and earn commission on training sessions. We set you up with steady hours, consistent shifts, and lead flow so you can focus on delivering amazing results—not chasing clients.
