Happy Fourth of July- Don't Forget to Rest

Happy 4th of July, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying some time off work and having a great celebration.

I want to take this opportunity to remind you that it's actually recommended to take a complete break from training once or twice a year for about 9 to 14 days. This allows your body to rest fully and helps prevent overtraining.


So, if you're on holiday this week, I'm giving you permission to not feel guilty about missing those workouts. You're doing yourself a favor by allowing your body to recharge. Just be sure to schedule your first workout back on the calendar.


When you return, you'll be refreshed and ready with renewed motivation! Have a wonderful week, everyone!
