Why Quick Fixes Fail and What Actually Works Part 1

I've been celebrating numerous client anniversaries recently, including one with a client I've been training for the past eight years. She is an older woman who has dealt with a lifetime of injuries.

Throughout these eight years, we've worked together once or twice a week. One thing she expressed gratitude for during our recent conversation about her longevity is my ability to adapt her training program. Whether her old injuries flare up or she needs to ramp up her training for a big backpacking trip or her black belt test in karate, we've been flexible.

This adaptability is one of the key differences at Breakthrough Fitness. Our programs are designed with safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in mind, and we constantly make adjustments based on the individual needs of our clients.

Could she have started a different program that yielded quicker results in the first 30, 60, or 90 days? Possibly. However, considering her history of health conditions and injuries, that program likely would not have been sustainable. Instead, she has been able to maintain a consistent routine over the last eight years, which is a significant contrast to many other programs out there.

Your health journey is not about doing more or achieving faster results; it's about finding what you can do consistently.
